Four Seasons Seattle

To communicate the vision of the project, while staying true to the Four Seasons brand, Parsons Brinckerhoff's Project Visualization team created a 3.5 minute sales and lifestyle video. Components of the video include a virtual fly-in to the project over the Puget Sound, showcasing the building in the context of vibrant downtown Seattle. Interiors of the hotel lobby and residential homes were highlighted, focusing on luxury finishes and spectacular panoramic views of Elliot Bay and the Olympic mountains along with a rooftop infinity pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace. In addition residential amenities representative of a Four Seasons lifestyle were incorporated using photography and motion graphics. Still renderings of the exterior during the day and night, hotel lobby, private home and pool were also created for use in print marketing campaigns.

Immediately after the public sales launch, the sales team met with more prospective buyers in two months then at any other time since the homes went on the market. Project imagery has been featured in local and national publications such as the Wall Street Journal.
