Hamstring & Glute Workout:
WARM UP: Walk on 15% incline at 3.5 for 5 minutes them perform 30 kettle bell swings. Repeat 5 times for a total of 15 minutes walking.
5 X 10 Hamstring Curl
3 X 60 Romanian Deadlift (20 feet together, 20 normal, 20 wide)
5 X 10 Glute Kickback w/ 8-10 pulses at the top after 10th rep
4 X 30 Abductor (20 normal, 10 hold/slow eccentric)
4 X 20 Adductor hold for as long as you can on the last rep
