Dockerfile Tutorial by Example - ( Part I - Basics )

In this video I explain what a Dockerfile is and why you'd want to use a Dockerfile.
We'll go through a live example building a custom docker image from a Dockerfile. I show you the basic concepts of image layers, the layer cache and building Dockerfiles.

Please note that each layer only stores the differences compared to the underlying layer. The video may be misleading from this perspective, because I interperet the sizes in `docker images -a` differently. The right interpretation is that `docker images` and `docker images -a` display the size of the image including the size of parent images.

This video is part of a series, in later videos I show you my working process for building docker images with the Dockerfile, then we will build a couple of images together for python, PHP Slim and node.
