How I Got Back on Track | WEIGHT LOSS | 100lbs to Lose

Weight loss is like a roller coaster. You have to accept the natural ups, downs and loopty-loos that come along with this journey, But how do you get back on track when you have zero motivation. I will share with you what worked for me after the holidays. I have been on weight watchers for about 10 months losing a total of 30 pounds. However, the month prior to filming this I had not only fallen off the wagon, but I was running in the opposite direction gaining almost 1/4th of my weight back. In the past two weeks I have found some motivating tracks to get my nutrition dialed back in and I have lost a total of 5.4lbs in those two weeks. I hope you find this video encouraging and helpful.
