AI Workout Generator Improvements

🤯Generate workouts with AI! This still blows my mind!

👋 Hey everyone, Cam here from Training Tilt. I’ve been working on some updates for our AI-structured workout builder and I’d like to give you a quick rundown on what’s new:

🚴 Activity Types Expanded: You can now create workouts for any type of activity, not just cycling or running.

🎯 Customizable Targets: Options include RPE, power, heart rate, among others. You can set multiple targets to accommodate different training preferences.

⏱️ More Flexible Workouts: Choose to base your workouts on time or distance. Also, you can opt for training zones or percentage of threshold for intensity.

✍️ Detailed Instructions: You can now provide specific instructions to the AI on how to build your workouts, like the number of intervals.

⚡ Quicker Setup: Workout generation is faster than before, now taking just 10-20 seconds.

💾 Persistent Settings: Your last used settings are saved automatically, which speeds up the process for next time.

🔧 Intensity Adjustment: A new slider lets you scale the workout intensity up or down, making it easier to match athletes’ needs.

I’m still fine-tuning some features, like updating the workout descriptions automatically when you adjust intensity. I’d really appreciate any feedback, and I’ll keep you posted on when these updates go live.
