Frank Wise School is a special school in Oxfordshire. In this clip, Craig, the class teacher explains how positive reinforcement promotes positive behaviour. He is clear about the behaviour he expects and reinforces good behaviour by giving praise. This encourages pupils to regulate their own behaviour.
