Terrain Barrels - Gaslands 55 gallon drums - Quick and Easy scatter miniatures for table top gaming

I had been looking for a way to easily make a bunch of oil barrels/55 gallon drums for my Gaslands terrain and I stumbled across a couple posts in the Gaslands FB group with this excellent idea. This is my take on using Dollar store pencil ferrules for Gaslands oil drums.

I've also used these for other table top game terrain and war game terrain. They're a bit small for 28mm - 32mm gaming but they do make good casks at that scale.
