Through a mixture of hip-and heart opening asanas we are going deep into the poses, we will breathe through the discofort and focus on letting go of all the things that are holding us back. A long Shavasana at the end allows you to go even deeper, accept the feelings that may come up. Let everything be. In this moment, everything is okay.

I will walk you through the different poses and guide you through the yoga practice. If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Your breath is always your anchor. Find synchronicity in your movement and breath. Don't push yourself and always listen to your body!
