Poacher arrested with weapons in Raimona National Park forest operation

A suspected poacher was arrested from Raimona National Park with illegal firearms during a forest department operation conducted by the Sanchafan Range team under the Kachugaon Forest Division.

The accused, identified as Heto Narzary from Brahmapur village under Kachugaon Police Station, was found in possession of two handmade guns. During interrogation, he reportedly admitted that one of the firearms had been used multiple times for deer hunting inside Raimona National Park.
