The National Weather Service reports a moderate risk of excessive rainfall across Southeast Texas and into western Louisiana for Sunday afternoon. There's also a slight risk of severe weather Sunday afternoon, according to the NWS.

Showers and storms will increase Sunday and Monday as a series of upper level disturbances move across the region along with a warm front. 1-3 inches possible in the Triangle and 3-6 in the Lakes by Monday evening.
