‘A nightmare’: Judge warns Trump of jail at historic criminal trial

Donald Trump is the first former U.S. president ever to go on criminal trial. The judge warned Trump that disturbing the trial or not showing up would result in an arrest and jail time. It comes as a new hearing is set on whether Trump already violated a gag order. Former New York prosecutor and MNSBC legal analyst Charles Coleman joins MSNBC’s Katie Phang on why jailing Trump would be ‘a logistical nightmare’ but Mary Trump says there has to be ways to punish Trump.
