Ramen with fine dining crab foam in Osaka

Crab foam - not the most appetizing sounding at first on paper. Turned out to be an incredibly unique ramen experience. Hard to compare this texture and balance of flavor to anything else. Creamy, airy, smooth, rich, tasty, and not too overwhelming. A great place for where to get ramen in Osaka if you're looking for something a bit more adventurous and seafood based. The noodle texture experience was certainly the highlight.
