Linux / Ubuntu - Changing Close Maximize Minimize Button Size / Color

I have looked on an off for the past few years for a way to do this. My Mom's eyesight has been getting worse for years. Lately I had to pull the plug on her as there was just no choice. Now, with Ubuntu's accessibility magnification coupled with some custom CSS Mom's back in the game. I hope this helps you the way other posts have helped me.
