Shake Shack- Utah Opening

This is one of Erica's favorite places to eat when she is on the road. Locations are sporadic throughout the United States, so it has been a hit and miss for her. But now she is so happy that one just opened in Utah! Definitely a place to eat that is quick (unless the line is around the block like it has been since opening day), fair pricing, clean, and modern. We can't wait to go back!
