Originally from Seattle, Katy is the Sr. Associate Director of Admissions at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Previously, Katy was founding MBA Director for the Asia School of Business in Collaboration with MIT Sloan (ASB), which provided her with an incredible opportunity to live and work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prior to ASB, Katy joined MIT in 2011 with the launch of the MIT Executive MBA (EMBA) and went on to manage the MIT EMBA Student Life and Learning team. Katy earned a BS in Recreation Management: Tourism Services from Arizona State University and MA in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University. She is an avid traveler, always in search of local cuisine and supporter the Boston Red Sox!
