Gaslands Weathering: How to Use Colored Pencils and Pigments

Colored pencils are an awesome, cheap way to further your weathering effects. Pigments are like if you smashed a colored pencil into dust and smeared it across your model. Both are excellent tools for the carfight hobbyist.

The techniques here don't need an airbrush, but it is highly recommended to have a spray can of matte coat to prep and finish your models with.
