Big Country - Thirteen Valleys live, 1998 (full e-bow version)

There are some things that shouldn't be forgotten - some things that shouldn't be consigned to history.
In our Big Country fandom we have so many memories and stories to tell, and they *should* be told and they should always be shared because this is another way the music lives on.
Over the course of Big Country's live career there have been so many highlights it is hard to track them all, but occasionally there is something that's so special it needs to be put in the light. Again.
In the Restless Natives and Rarities tour of May, 1998, Thirteen Valleys was given some rare treatment - a near 3 minute mid-song e-bow solo by Stuart. It hadn't happened before this tour and it didn't happen again in any subsequent one and it is so great, so beautiful, it is one of those things that shouldn't be forgotten. If you were at any of those shows, you will definitely remember it and if you weren't, and have never heard what that sounded like, today is a good day.

There is so much that I love about this live version of what was one of Stuart's favourite songs I don't know where to start so I hope you can enjoy and appreciate something that is very special.
