How I Carbonate Beer Fast | Burst Carbonation Method

Our Altbier is done lagering—it’s time to get it carbonated and ready to pour! In this video, I’ll walk you through my preferred method of carbonating beer: Burst carbonation. This quick technique lets me go from cold beer to perfectly carbonated in just about a day.

I’ll cover:
• Why I use burst carbonation instead of the “set and forget” method
• Step-by-step: hooking up CO₂, rocking the keg, and dialing in the pressure
• A look at my Keezer setup: Inkbird controller, CO₂ system, and manifold

This is part of my Altbier Brewing Series, so if you haven’t seen the earlier videos, check them out to follow the full journey from grain to glass.
