How to get an EGPU working on Mac OS 11 Big Sur/ Windows 10 20H2(Bootcamp)

Apple release Big Sur so I got to work straight away, it was tricky but I got it working, This days to film and figure out and it has been edited a little as some thing didn't work straight away so I had to find a bypass, in the end it works properly and I'm happy with this

Also i forgot to mention , windows will NOT work with apples Blackmagic EGPU, and Nvidia cards will work with windows but not Mac.
