21st Century Energy Security Risk and Reward - 2019 Global Energy Forum

New geopolitical realities are emerging in unpredictable ways, shaping and being shaped by changes in the energy system. Different possible futures for the energy system place harsh demands on countries that are working hard to ensure access to reliable and affordable energy. How do countries think about energy security in this uncertain and volatile era, as rapid technological changes and political risks suggest a widely divergent set of possible outcomes?
