How to trim split ends | Natural Hair Tutorial

In other to grow and maintain a healthy hair, we always have to trim split ends.
You can add this to your regimen, you can choose to trim every quarter or every month, whatever works for your hair.
What's important is how you trim. You don't need heat to trim split ends.

You can simply twist/braid your hair and trim out the Y shape ends, the raggedy looking ends.

If you leave those split ends alone, they'll continue to split and cause more damage to your hair (breakage).
