A Tip for More Effective Learning and Leading
As human beings one of the most important skills we can develop is to learn how to learn effectively.
Our 'learnings's from the past are what drive all of our emotions and responses and sometimes we learn some pretty unuseful things!
One tip I can share with you that has supported me in learning, and that I use in my teaching, is people learn more with questions than they do with statements. Don't you agree?
When we ask someone questions it sends them on a 'quest' to discover the answer for themselves which is much more memorable than when someone is simply given the answer.
What would be one tip you could share that supports you in learning and/or teaching more effectively?
Let me know and I look forward to collaboratively learning with you!
