Cedar "The Tree of Life"
✨UPDATE✨
During this video, I make reference to CEDAR as being a medicine of the past. It is still a very important medicine to many First Nations Cultures of the present day.
One of the challenges that many first nations cultures face is having their practices framed as past ones vs. living ones that are still active.
Please excuse my ignorance of this important fact in the creation of this video. I resonate with the understanding that these are living practices and will work harder to be sure to frame indigenous wisdom from active cultures in the present tense in future videos.
