Ingredients

2 oranges
2 tablespoons olive oil
50g salami, cut into batons
1 small cauliflower (or ​½ large cauliflower), cut into florets
1 clove garlic, chopped
pinch of chilli flakes
extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
½ cup green olives
½ cup flat-leafed parsley, chopped
