Ingredients for 7 croquettes:

8 potatoes
4 eggs (hard boiled)
3 eggs (soft boiled)
1tbsp chilli flakes
1 fried onion
Coriander
Salt to taste
1tbsp ghee
Breadcrumbs
Spring onions
Black pepper
