Friendly Fox - Wild Cute Baby Fox

We met some friendly foxes few months ago. Since then we came every day to the same spot and gave them food. It has been few months and the foxes got used to us, even playing with us.
The cubs are very cute and playful but we are worried that some people may be cruel to them. Last time we fend of a guy with a dog who was intentionally following the foxes and scaring them.
We are not sure what's wrong with this guy but we hope he will quit his cruel "game".
