Using closeup and wide angle lenses on Panasonic Bridge cameras

Following several questions regarding the use of closeup and wide angle lenses on Panasonic Bridge cameras like the FZ150 and FZ200 I thought I would illustrate how to fit and use them along with some hints and tips along the way. Take note about the use of heavy wide angle adaptors on the camera if you do not use the conversion tube system.
