Brandon Lee, Dominick Farinacci, & Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews - Mahogany Hall Stomp
Three great young trumpet players trade solos on the old Louis Armstrong tune "Mahogany Hall Stomp", backed by Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra. Dominick Farinacci and Brandon Lee (both 17 at the time) and Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews (age 14) are the guest soloists, part of a PBS Live from Lincoln Center show dedicated to Louis Armstrong. This was broadcast in about 2001 so obviously these guys are older now.
