Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was asked on how Singapore could help China's water projects. He was speaking at a dialogue session at the Lee Kuan Yew Prize Award Ceremony on 11 July 2016. The dialogue was moderated by Ambassador-at-Large, Professor Chan Heng Chee.
