A while back a subscriber reached out to me and suggested this video topic, my top 10 favorite dirt bikes (in order) that I have owned or tested. I’m always looking for awesome content that I can put out, so this was a winner. After looking back at the list of the 23 different dirt bikes that I have either owned, or put significant amounts of testing into, I came up with this list. You will notice that two of the bikes on this top ten list were bikes that were loaned to me; the Beta 300RR and the Husqvarna TE250i. All the other bikes were bikes that I paid for out of my pocket.

Here is the list in order:

Most fun/enjoyment all around

1 - 2017/18 KTM 250XC and 300 XC (it’s a tie)
2 - 2018 Husqvarna TE250i (and KTM 250 XC-W TPI)
3 - 2017 Yamaha YZ250X
4 - 2015 KTM 300 XC
5 - 2012 KTM 300 XC-W
6 - 2017 Sherco 300 SEF-R
7 - 2016 KTM 250 XC-F
8 - 2015 Yamaha YZ250FX
9 - 2017 Beta 300 RR
10 - 2017 KTM 150 XC-W

Every bike on this list is incredible in it’s own light. With very few exceptions, I’d be happy to ride those bikes as my primary bike for an entire year. They are that good.
