A Soviet-made science fiction film, originally titled Planeta Bur (Storm Planet), follows a crew of two astronauts and their robotic companion as they venture to explore the hostile surface of Venus. Their mission takes a perilous turn when the planet undergoes dramatic and violent changes. The crew must race against time to escape this hellish environment.

This film has been re-released under various titles, including Cosmonauts on Venus, Planet of Storms, Planet of Tempests, Planeta Burg, and Prehistoric Planet. To appeal to Western audiences, an American producer acquired the film and added new footage, obscuring its Soviet origins and retitling it Voyage to a Prehistoric Planet.
