Tendonitis vs. Tendinosis (what they mean and how to treat them)
Understanding the difference between these two issues is key to correctly treating them.
While these 2 terms are used interchangebly by a lot of people, they're actually quite different.
In this video, I'll explain the key differences between tendinitis and tendinosis. And I'll also go into how knowing what you're dealing with will dictate your treatment plan.
I'll also give a couple quick examples of shoulder/rotator cuff pain and Achilles pain.
