THE PERFECT BATCHOY TAGALOG (Exact ingredients below)
Batchoy Tagalog or Batsui in Kapampangan is a Filipino pork soup dish. Pork belly is sauteed with ginger, garlic, onion and fish sauce, simmered with other ingredients, pork liver and blood. Best served while it's hot and perfectly paired with a freshly steamed white rice.

Ingredients:
2 thumb size ginger
5 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
700g of fried pork belly
3 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
4 cups of water
300g pork liver
2 cups pork blood
1 bunch of chili leaves
3 pcs green chilis
