ASMR or Horse Therapy?

I'm always taking videos of my two beautiful mares for my own enjoyment and for the memories later on in life. I want to be able to experience the closeness I have with them now, for many years after they are no longer with me.

Over the years I have built a very close bond between myself and my girls. They have kept me sane in what can sometimes feel like an insane world so I thought it would be nice if others could find some magic or peace and relaxation from spending time with them too.

There is something so therapeutic about chilling out with horses whilst letting your worries be caried away with the souds of the French countryside. Horses are fantastic therapy animals and are used to help alleviate a multitude of conditions like depession and anxiety. They certainly help to keep a smile on my face and I thank my lucky stars for them every day. They are a privilege to be around and I hope you can get some pleasure from spending time with them.
