Zillow announced that they are falling back from buying houses for at least the next 30 days. Redfin and Opendoor stated last week that they would not be buying houses either over the next 30 days or so too.

Here in the Nashville real estate market, it has been so hard to compete with these iBuyers or institutional buyers like Opendoor and Redfin because they buy houses with cash money and cash is king.

A lot of first-time buyers get completely shut out and have no chance of competing against these iBuyers. With these cash buyers out of the market right now, there's no better time to buy if you can.
