The absence of men is clearly the most dominant factor our young people face today. The Incarceration rate is sky high for boys of color and the dropout rates are at critical levels for communities of color. Parenting involves two people raising children .The role of a man is invaluable .Men take your children back from the streets and gang members who appointed themselves substitute parents to your to children.
