Yep! You read that title correctly. We just closed escrow on 77 acres of high desert land overlooking the Coachella Valley. Being in Southern California where even a half-acre lot feels enormous, it's kind of hard to wrap our heads around how big this plot of land really is and the list of ideas for enhancing the property just keeps growing and growing.

To start, we'll be fixing up the existing house and then will be listing that as a short term rental sometime this summer... hopefully... there's a lot of work to do and we don't exactly have a lot of free time!

In this video we'll be going over why we chose this unique property as our next investment venture, how we financed the purchase and we'll give you a "before" tour of the house.
