DAY 7-11 | Toggle Case |#debugnjam

Toggle case is nothing but flipping the characters from Caps to small or vice or versa. Like 'A' flips to 'a' , 'P' flips to 'p' etc. Concept of ASCII code clears this concept. From each respective Capital letter to small letter in ASCII code , we will find a difference of 32. Hence, apply exclusive OR of 32 with each character and we are set.
