Trying to Make Puerto Rican Food (Mofongo & Tostones) | Eva Chung

I ate Asian food growing up, so that's what my usual comfort food. To be fair to Daniel, I decided to give making Puerto Rican food a try for the first time! I've eaten some before, but never have I actually made it. I got some assistance from Daniel's mom to make Mofongo and Tostones, and learned the struggles of cooking with plantains.
