NEW YORK CITY BLOCK | NoCC | The Sims 4 Speed Build

Wazzup, dolls! Today I'm building a city block in The Sims 4! It's supposed to be a more grungy street in the not so nice part of town! It's built in San Myshuno on one of the 30x30 lots in the Spice Market. The block includes apartments, a grocery store, an asian themed restaurant and a laundromat.
