When visiting foreign countries, their cultures and customs may sometimes be difficult to navigate for us. What an American perceives as being a grumpy angry person in Germany, may likely be a German having a perfectly happy day.

Every culture is different, and sometimes we forget that our own customs and ways of doing things do not always fit in perfectly everywhere. But that’s the beauty of traveling — experiencing what life is like on the other side, to get a fresh perspective on ourselves and on how we relate to the world! In today’s clip, Karsten and Landon talk about how Germans and Americans perceive each other’s social behavior.
