Revisiting The Ryzen 7 5800X - Is This 8 Core Zen 3 CPU Now Worth Buying in 2021? 18 Game Benchmark

This is my late review of the Ryzen 7 5800X, the 8 core ZEN 3 CPU that was initially launched alongside the rest of the 5000 series CPUs. At launch this CPU had received negative feedback from the majority of the tech press. This was due to being launched at much higher MSRP than expect, and being $100 cheaper than the 5900X put it in a bad spot. Who wouldn’t just pay $100 more and get a CPU with 4 more cores and 8 more threads. However the 5900X was extremely difficult to purchase, was price hiked, and even today can be a bit difficult to attain. Although supply does seem like its beginning to normalize and due to that many retailers across the world are dropping prices of 5800X and offering it with some hefty discount making it much more attractive and is now worth reconsidering.
