TORTITAS DE VERDURAS VARIADAS¡🧅🥕🧄¡Te Sorprenderán Lo Buenas Que Están ¡

INGREDIENTES
➡️ 1 zanahoria 🥕
➡️ 1 cebolla roja 🧅
➡️ 2 dientes de ajo 🧄
➡️ 1 calabacín
➡️ un puñadito de perejil 🌿
➡️ 2 huevos tamaño L 🥚
➡️ 250 ml. de agua 💦
➡️ 170 gr. de harina de trigo 🌾
➡️ pimienta al gusto
➡️ sal al gusto
➡️ aceite para freír

INGREDIENTS

➡️ 1 red onion 🧅
➡️ 2 cloves of garlic 🧄
➡️ 1 zucchini
➡️ a handful of parsley 🌿
➡️ 2 eggs size L 🥚
➡️ 250 ml. of water 💦
➡️ 170 gr. of wheat flour 🌾
➡️ pepper to taste
➡️ salt to taste
➡️ oil for frying
