Welcome back to Amber at Home! Here is some easy make ahead freezer meals that are family favorites. Feel free to take a look at the shopping list, gather your supplies and then prep with me!

Shopping List and Recipes:

Taco Soup-
-Can corn
-Can stewed tomatoes
-can pinto beans
-can chili beans
-can diced tomatoes
-packet of taco seasoning
-1 cup water
-Salt and pepper
-shredded chicken

Drain all cans except stewed tomatoes. Combine all into a freezer bag. When ready to use, thaw and heat in a crock pot or on stovetop.

-Shredded Chicken
-Tortilla's
-Cream Cheese
-Taco Seasoning packet

Combine chicken, seasoning packet and cream cheese. Fold into tortillas like a burrito. Spray your pan and lay them into the pan. Spray the tops of the "chimichangas". Cover and freeze. When ready, thaw and reheat at 350 for about 30 min. Serve with sour cream.

Garlic Rosemary Meatballs and Mashed potatoes (https://bit.ly/2W8tPRQ)
-lb pork
-lb beef
-garlic cloves
-rosemary
-Salt and pepper
-egg
-tsp worcestershire

Mince some garlic and rosemary and leave some cloves whole for the pan. Combine all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Add leftover garlic cloves and rosemary to the pan and cover.
When ready to use, thaw and cook on 400 for 30-35 min.
Combine all
