This is a Thai restaurant which is very popular with the locals, selling food from the area known as Isaan in the the north-east of Thailand. Isaan (or Esan) food is very popular throughout Thailand. It’s one of my favourite types of authentic Thai food and I believe you’ll find some of the best Thai dishes at a Thai restaurant like this. The restaurant’s name is CE Lab and you can find it on the main street in Klong Muang in Krabi (about 15 minutes from Ao Nang). The cost of the meal in this video was 495 baht, plus drinks. You’ll find Isaan restaurants all over Thailand, even though the food is originally from the north-east. It’s some of the most delicious Thai cuisine you’ll find when you travel in Thailand.
