Constitutional Law Conference | Originalism: Theory, Techniques, and Problems

On February 28, 2014, Stanford's Constitutional Law Center hosted the interdisciplinary academic conference "The Role of History in Constitutional Law" bringing together scholars to discuss the role history plays in constitutional interpretation, ranging from debates about originalism and precedent to historical discussions about particular constitutional provisions.
