Tudor Pelagos: Loves And Hates? Or Just A Love Letter? 4 Year Review With The Ultimate Tool Diver

The Tudor Pelagos is the ultimate tool diver from Tudor and quite possibly from any brand. Despite the competition at the under $5000 price point from Omega, Oris, and more, the Pelagos continues to hold the top spot in the price point and arguably even amongst more expensive watches.

Even after spending 4 years with the black dial Pelagos, the titanium construction, perfect bezel, glorious lume, brutal tool watch aesthetic, and incredible value continues to amaze me. In a way the only way to experience something like a Pelagos, is to experience a Pelagos because there are no other dive watches in the market that are quite like it. For this reason my Pelagos has long achieved “Keeper” status and I might even say that it is my favorite watch. Join me as I look into everything that I love about the Pelagos in detail.
