This is terrible advice. Many beginners get started in real estate investing with something much smaller.

Grant Cardone's real estate advice is to go as big as you can as quickly as you can. Which is great for motivation, but lacks in practical application. Real estate investing requires education and experience first, then scaling. Additionally, real estate investing typically requires having a significant amount of money. He's pitching his ideas as investing in real estate with no money down.

Real estate is simple in concept, but difficult in application and follow-through. His real estate experience is vast, but he's too big for beginning investors to follow along. This entire video was about a sales pitch to invest in his syndicated deals.

Grant Cardone is a salesman and these clips show you that he's treating real estate investing videos like a sales funnel into his syndicated investor group. Sadly, if you want to invest in real estate with no money down, then this is not the video for you. Even though that's the video's title.

Grant Cardone is a savvy real estate investor and knows how to take down very large deals. His real estate investing experience is mostly in large commercial projects. If you are a beginner, then his videos are not for you.

I'd recommend starting your real estate investing career with a smaller project, preferably a house hack or a simple rehab and flip.
