OBS Ford 7.3L PowerStroke Build - NEW FRONT BUMPER!!

I'm Rebuilding my old 1995 Ford F-350 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel and today we are finally getting rid of that old custom bumper and going back to the OEM chrome bumper with a new chrome grill, new headlights, and new chrome headlight surround. Along the way we find a leaking radiator, leaking brake calibers, blown out front spring shackle bushings and replace them all.
