Dead battery? Testing JXIANG portable car jump starter

Testing if it's possible to start the engine with portable jump starter that I got from BangGood for tests. Audi Coupe (swapped with 1.8T) with the battery completely disconnected to check if the jump starter alone and without any help from the battery can crank the engine and start the car. It's basically a power bank for your car!
The device can also be used to charge your phone, tablet or laptop with included set of connectors and cables. I has a built-in flashlight and blue-red police light LEDs.
After using it you can charge it back with regular power adapter in your home & garage or using a 12V outlet in your car. Producer declares capacity of 89.8Ah but I find it hard to believe since the device is so small.
